Thanks Nick! That is a lot of "legalese"! I watch In Session (Court Tv) a lot, but I found these videos hard to follow. I'll have to watch them a few times. Did I hear something like the prosecutor did not want Fred to get access to a list of phone records? I'll have to re-watch to clarify.
