The Lisa Pruett Case

One of the things I've been busy with lately is trying to get Cuyahoga County to re-open the investigation into the 1990 murder of Lisa Pruett. It's a strange case, a modern day witch hunt where a group of teens hijacked justice and tried to get an innocent man convicted. The murder remains officially unsolved.

Read more about it here.

  1. hey James, when you release the Maura Murray book, are you going to do some of these in person presentations? I'd love to attend one if you do one in Ohio or Northern KY.

  2. Hello James,
Can we expect any more updates on the Maura Murray case, or is the publication of your book on the MM case the next step?
Do you currently have any idea when the book is likely to be published?
I shall definitely be getting myself a copy of it.
    Best of luck!

  3. I personally think a lot of people on here are being unrealistic. For a bad chain of events to happen to someone like that is just unbelievably untrue. The speculated hit and run, crashing her dads car, credit card fraud, facing the risk of being throwing out of school and then finally crashing her car and then either being run over or abducted. Who are people trying to kid on here? what are the odds of this happening to one someone?
